Zep Commercial Antarctica Ice Melt
Pellet - Calcium Chloride -24°F (-31.1°C) - 50 lb - 49 / Each
Engineered for superior performance, fast-acting ice melt combines the power of calcium chloride, sodium chloride and liquid magnesium chloride to rapidly and effectively melt ice, even in frigid temperatures. Integrated color indicator allows precise application, preventing waste and ensuring optimal coverage. Consistent, granulated pellets are designed to flow smoothly through any spreader from handheld to tailgate models. After quickly beginning the melting process, other ingredients remain to keep ice from reforming. With up to 10 hours of residual melt time, this formula minimizes the need for reapplication, saving you time and effort. Compared to traditional ice melters, it requires less material, reducing its environmental impact and minimizing the risk of damage to vegetation and property. Reduced number of freeze-thaw cycles also helps protect concrete surfaces from cracking and deterioration. Ice melt will not leave an oily residue that can be tracked onto carpets or floors, staining or attacking them.
